For one thing, we don't work with any sellers of gray-market goods. If you find an item for less than at cheaperthanbestbuy, it is often from a vendor who sells gray-market goods, that is, goods that were not originally manufactured for the U.S. market. Manufacturers will usually not honor the warranties included with these products. Also, cheaperthanbestbuy only connects you with vendors selling new, factory-sealed items. No refurbished items, no returned items, nothing that fell off a truck somewhere. Also, all the vendors we're affiliated with offer the highest-quality service, including easy, no-hassle returns and exchanges. I'm looking for a specific model number. I think I've found what I'm looking for, except on cheaperthanbestbuy the model number is missing dashes. Is it the same model? Yes. For simplicity's sake, we remove all dashes, slashes, hyphens, pound signs, and other hieroglyphs from all model numbers. The only symbols you'll ever see in a model number at cheaperthanbestbuy are A through Z and 0 through 9. If the brand name and the numbers match except for non-alpha and non-numeric characters, then rest assured it's the same model. Why are there relatively few items listed on cheaperthanbestbuy?
